Creating a Respectful and Engaging Marketplace

Professional Behavior

Respect: Treat all attendees, fellow vendors, and event staff with respect and courtesy. Integrity: Conduct business honestly and transparently. Provide accurate information about your products and services.

Compliance with Regulations

Health and Safety: Follow all health and safety regulations set forth by event organizers and local authorities. Ensure your products comply with industry standards and regulations. Licenses and Permits: Obtain and display all necessary licenses and permits for your business and products.

Noise and Disturbance

Limit Noise Levels: Keep noise from music, demonstrations, or announcements at a reasonable level to avoid disrupting other vendors and attendees. No Disruptive Behavior: Avoid engaging in any behavior that could disturb other vendors or attendees, including excessive shouting, aggressive sales tactics, or inappropriate conduct.

Promotion and Marketing

No Unauthorized Solicitation: Do not solicit or distribute promotional materials outside your designated booth area without prior approval from event organizers. Brand Representation: Ensure that all promotional materials, signage, and branding accurately represent your company and align with the event’s values.

Clean-Up and Dismantling

Timely Dismantling: Adhere to the event schedule for setup and dismantling. Do not pack up or leave your booth before the event officially ends. Leave No Trace: Clean up your booth area and dispose of waste properly. Ensure that your space is left as you found it.

Communication and Support

Event Staff: Follow the instructions of Health Exit event staff and communicate any issues or concerns promptly. Feedback: Be open to feedback from event organizers and attendees, as it can help improve future events.

Violation of Code

Consequences: Failure to adhere to this code of conduct may result in removal from the event and restrictions on future participation.
